My favorite annual tradition. Come one, come all to move, breathe and gather together in community and feel something special. This year’s class will be at Studio Fusion in Downtown Kitchener. Entrance and parking for this space are around the back of the building. All are welcome to join, this class is rate “E” for everyone.
Bring your own yoga mat, pillow and shawl. Bring your besties.
Class cost is non-refundable and cannot transferred to other classes in my schedule.
