Here we all are. An opportunity to sit with ourselves and each other. All are welcome.
Format:
- there is no cost for this gathering, free to all.
- a short lecture by a beloved teacher will be played. I will not be teaching.
- next we meditate, in silence or with music, in stillness or with simple repetitive movement
