Join KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher Kasia Kord in this dynamic tradition as taught by Yogi Bhajan.Known as the Yoga of Awareness, the experience of the individual is key. Kundalini Yoga is about tapping into our destiny, which is to awaken our consciousness and become the great creations we are. In this workshop we will explore demystifying the teachings around raising kundalini energy and through movement, meditation and music we learn and have a direct experience with the energy of creative human potential, known as kundalini.

Symbolically Kundalini energy is depicted as a coiled serpent at the base of the spine, waiting to be awakened. Kundalini yoga gives us practical tools in which to awaken this serpent in our lives. We have everything we need, mind, body and spirit and these are the tools we can use to raise this energy and integrate it into our lives, so we may life more fully and with greater understanding of our purpose. In this tradition we strengthen our connection to our inner compassion in order to navigate the ups and downs of being human.
Kundalini Yoga is for everybody, all levels, ages, stages and abilities are welcome to join this non-competitive, inclusive environment. Let us learn to uncoil the serpent and unlock our life force. Your life is worth it.

What the Class will look like: Class will consist of a Kundalini Yoga set, followed by a live sound and mantra experience. Kasia will be performing a live music and sound meditation set to complete the evening as you rest in a comfortable posture. Let us bliss out together.

What to Bring: A Yoga mat, a pillow. It is important to be comfortable especially for the live music experience.
